Terry L. Tucker

Terry L. Tucker is a Canadian professional geoscientist (P.Geo.) and the President and CEO of Kalo Gold Corp., leading exploration at the Vatu Aurum Project in Fiji. He is a discovery-focused geologist and has led exploration that discovered the Wolverine gold-rich massive sulphide deposit in northern Canada and the Mungana gold deposit in North Queensland. Terry has held senior leadership roles in public companies, including as President, CEO and Director of StrataGold Corporation (TSX) and as CEO and Director of Nyota Minerals Limited (AIM/ASX), focused on the Tula Kapi advanced-stage gold project in Ethiopia, including advancing the project through pre-feasibility work while IFC was a major shareholder. At StrataGold, he was involved in acquiring and advancing projects including Dublin Gulch and Tassawini, and in operating the Kaituma joint venture with Newmont in Guyana. He also acquired the Curraghinalt project in Northern Ireland through Nickelodeon Minerals. At Kalo, Terry's primary focus is geological leadership and discovery-driven exploration. In addition, he oversees corporate strategy, investor relations and governance, with an emphasis on safe field execution, community consultation, and clear, compliant disclosure.

Michael Nesbitt

Michael Nesbitt is a Director and Co-Founder of Kalo Gold Corp., supporting the company's activities in Fiji since its inception in 2010. Based on the ground, Michael has held senior in-country leadership responsibilities, guiding the Vatu Aurum Project from early-stage exploration through its progression as a public issuer. His work focuses on the practical execution of field programs, coordinating with technical teams to support continuity in remote settings. A core aspect of Michael's contribution is his long-standing focus on local engagement. Since the beginning of exploration at Vatu Aurum, he has been active in building and maintaining working relationships with landowners and government officials in Fiji. His broader exploration experience spans projects in Vanuatu, Palau, Tonga, and Guinea (Conakry). Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Victoria.

Kevin Ma

Kevin Ma is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and a Director of Kalo Gold Corp., providing leadership in financial stewardship, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with the CEO, Kevin leads the company's capital markets engagement and investor relations, with a focus on clear and compliant disclosure of exploration progress and financial standing. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with a background in corporate finance and public company management. Kevin is the principal of Calibre Capital Partners Corp., a corporate finance advisory firm where he advises both public and private companies on governance and capital market strategies. His experience includes financings, stakeholder management, and guiding companies through growth phases and market cycles. He has held officer and director positions for several publicly listed companies, bringing practical experience with TSX-V requirements and continuous disclosure obligations. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia.

Paul Harbidge

Paul Harbidge is an Advisor to Kalo Gold Corp., bringing 30 years of experience as a geologist and mining executive. Currently the President and CEO of Faraday Copper Corp., Paul served as President and CEO of GT Gold until its acquisition by Newmont in 2021. His major-company perspective is informed by his tenure as Senior Vice President of Exploration at Goldcorp Inc. and his leadership of exploration programs at Randgold Resources Limited. In his advisory role at Kalo, Paul provides strategic technical input to support the company's exploration and growth initiatives in Fiji. He holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Geology from Kingston University and a Master of Science in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology from the University of Leicester. His involvement supports Kalo's technical program planning and execution.

David Medilek

David Medilek serves as an Advisor to Kalo Gold, providing strategic guidance across corporate development, capital markets, and operations. He is a mining professional with an interdisciplinary background that spans equity research, investment banking, and technical mining engineering. David is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of K92 Mining Inc., where he has held progressively senior roles since 2019, including Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations. Early in his career, David worked as an equity research analyst covering precious metals and as a mining engineer supporting underground operations. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia, is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), and is a CFA charterholder. His advisory role focuses on supporting Kalo's growth initiatives through a capital markets and execution perspective.

Alastair Still

Alastair Still is an Advisor to Kalo Gold and an industry professional with over 25 years of experience in mine operations and corporate development. He is currently the President and CEO of GoldMining Inc. His corporate development background includes serving as Director of Corporate Development for Newmont Corporation (formerly Goldcorp). Alastair's industry background includes work with major gold producers including Placer Dome, Kinross Gold, and Agnico Eagle. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Science in Structural Geology from Queen's University. At Kalo, Alastair provides strategic input to support exploration and growth, drawing on experience in project scaling and corporate positioning.
